without www site is not opening How To Resolve it DNS Issue

without www site is not opening.

PROBLEM
while I tried site www.studentsite.com it is loading, But whil I try without ‘www’ like ‘studentsite.com ‘ it is not loading,These is problem
if the site is not opening with www,

OPERNING :http://www.studentsite.com/
NOT OPENING : studentsite.com

SOLUTION
Then we need to create A record to the domain forwarding IP
Domain Forwarding IP is 66.98.145.18
Using these Ip we can enable the domain forwarding.
Then check after 24 hours it will be live.DNS Issue
