Vmware Pinging Problem Linux to Windows VMware Ethernet Fail

Vmware pinging problem Linux to windows
From widows to Linux it is pinging perfectly.
But Linux to windows it is not pinging perfectly it fail.
How to resolve the problem.
while i configure the vmware under the network type i choose the “use the network address Translation(NAT)” if I choose these option It will make the issue to resolve these problem we need select the “use the bridge networking” then try it it will work.
In the other words
In the Vmware virtual connection change the virtual Ethernet connection type as Bridge Network,
Then restart the network then try it , it will definitely it will work.
