Home Directory is Full May Be Out Of Diskspace Error Message

while I login to as end user I got problem.
I did not get any screen. It is just loading .
So I add the new user then I Login as new user which one I add
recently. Then It through error messag.

while I login as root I didn't get the error message.
While I login as user then only I got the error message
so that I restart the system
I check Home directory disk space
[root@localhost home]# df -h /home/
File system Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on
/dev/mapper/vg1-data 12M 12M 0 100% /home

Home directory disk space is full.
So I remove the unwanted data.
then I off the Disk Quota
If you enable the user quota or group quota disable the quota
Then I try it . It will login with out any issue.
