Medical Expert System Use case Specification

To write the use case specification consisting of description about use case flow of events such as basic flow, alternative flow, special requirement, precondition, post condition for the use case ”Adding inpatient details” of “Medical Expert Systems”.
SPECIFICATION :
When the administrator or receptionist wants to add the details of the admitted patient he can use this particular use case.

FLOW OF EVENTS:
BASIC FLOW:
The administrator or receptionist wants to add the details of the inpatient then
the system will provide the form in which the administrator or receptionist can enter the patients name, number, age, sex, address, contact number, admitted date and room number.
ALTERNATE FLOW:
The administrator or receptionist enters the wrong details of the particular patient then, it considers it as it is. If any field is left blank, it is considered as empty. If necessary we can update it.
PRECONDITION:
We have logged on to enter into this particular form.
POSTCONDITION:
The system will add all the details of the particular patient.
