Use Case Speciation For Flow Condition Student Mark Analysis

Aim To write the use-case specification consist of description about usecase flow of events
such as basic flow, alternative flow, special requirement, pre condition, post condition for
the use-case “Student Mark Analysis” of student.
SPECIFICATION
BRIEF DESCRIPTION :
When the administrator have to maintain that is like add, delete, update the
student details of an student mark list uses this particular usecase.

FLOW OF EVENT :
BASIC FLOW
• When the administrator want to add the student detail, student mark and department.
• The system will display the form in which we have to enter the name,ID, sex, address, phone number, birthday date.
• The administrator can also modify the desired details of a particular
• student and then calculate the student mark total,average,grade,remark,no of fail or no of pass in particular subject and total subject pass or fail.
• Also can delete the details of the particular student.

ALTERNATE FLOW
If there is enter the wrong details of the particular student detail the
system allows him to reenter the system allows him to reenter the correct details.
PRECONDITION
We have to logged on to enter into the particular form.
POSTCONDITION
The system will add all the student mark analysis detail of the particular
Student.
